Rentals less than 6 months in duration will incur 11% local tax plus a $100 move out cleaning fee.
The Home Owner Association charges a non-refundable $100 "transfer fee" for full access to amenities/facilities.
Minimum 90 day rentals
January, February and March can't be "broken" up. Tenant would need to lease all three months for a seasonal rental.
Yearly lease: $1000/month.
