Rental Rates
On season: Dec-Apr. $3000/month.
To reserve, signed lease, advance rent/Security deposit.
Rentals less than 6 months in duration will incur 11% local tax.
$100 move out cleaning fee.
The Home Owner Association charges a non-refundable $150 "transfer fee" for full access to amenities/facilities.
The Home Owner Association also charges a $500 "security deposit" to be held in escrow until the tenant vacates.
$50 non-refundable application fee.
All fees should be independently verified.

Minimum 90 day rentals.
January, February and March can't be "broken" up. Tenant would need to lease all three months for a seasonal rental.
Seasonal lease is $3000/month includes all utilities.
