On season: Dec-Apr. $3500/month.
$1,000 refundable security deposit.
To reserve, signed lease, advance rent/Security deposit.
Rentals less than 6 months in duration will incur 11% local tax.
$100 move out cleaning fee.
The Home Owner Association charges a non-refundable $100 "application fee".

All fees should be independently verified.

Minimum 30 day rentals.
Seasonal lease is $3500/month includes all utilities including basic cable. Small pets, (less than 30 lbs), are welcome with an additional refundable $500 pet deposit.
